His background includes real estate sales and property development, mortgage brokerage services, and life insurance but for the past eight years, Joseph has dedicated his focus on reverse mortgages. Through the process of helping his parents find a way to supplement their meager social security income and stay in their home, he discovered a solution in a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage. After seeing firsthand how this loan improved his parent’s quality of life and peace of mind, Joseph decided he wanted to help other seniors and make this his full time business field.
